upside down pizza

*This is an old posting from a long time ago I just never publish.*

So the other day me and James were watching Table for 12 and the mom was making something called Upside down pizza and James said "hey that looks good". So me being a good mommy and wife I google it and made it. It was actually pretty easy to make and now I'm going to share it with you.

1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, chopped (1/2 cup)
1 medium green bell pepper, coarsely chopped (1 cup)
2 jars (14 oz each) pizza sauce
1 package (6 oz) diced pepperoni
2 cups Original Bisquick® mix
1 cup milk
2 eggs
1 1/2cups shredded pizza cheese blend (6 oz)

1. Heat oven to 350°F. In 12-inch skillet, cook beef, onion and bell pepper over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until beef is thoroughly cooked; drain.

2. Stir in pizza sauce, pepperoni and olives; heat until hot. Spoon into ungreased 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish.

3. In medium bowl, stir Bisquick mix, milk and eggs until blended. Pour evenly over pepperoni mixture.

4. Bake uncovered about 25 minutes or until crust is light brown. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake uncovered about 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
Finished project:
We loved it :D

I don't have a picture but Ill post one when I make these again they are soo good.

"Chicken Balls"

8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
4 Tbsp. butter or margarine, room temperature
1/2 tsp. pepper
2-4 Tbsp. milk
2 cups cooked, diced chicken
(I also add a bit of chopped celery to mine)
2 tubes of refrigerator crescent rolls
2/3 cup seasoned bread crumbs
more melted margarine or butter
"sauce" for top (see below)

Combine cream cheese, butter, pepper & milk until smooth. Add chopped chicken & celery.
Open crescent roll tube and separate rolls. Flatten them out a bit and fill each with a bit of cream cheese/chicken mixture. Close sides securely around filling. Dip each "ball" into melted butter then roll in bread crumbs. Place on ungreased cookie sheet for 20 to 25 minutes at 375 degrees.

*"sauce":
use one can of condensed cream of chicken soup and pour into a pan. Fill the empty can half full of milk and pour into pan. Bring to a simmer and then pour over the top of your chicken ball

Nacho Chicken Warp My version.

My version is way different than the one of the campbells site. I also suck at taking pictures of the food I cook. Sorry. =[.

2cups of shredded cook chicken
1cup of cook rice
half of a jar of queso dip.
Tortillas

Mix all of it together and let it heat up a little on the stove. Warm the tortillas in the microwave for about 20sec. Put mixer on the shells and roll them up..

Campbell's® Skillet Sauce

This is what they look like. I was sent them for free by Bzzagent campaign to try out. I have to say they are not the best thing in the world. A little to salty and blah. Yes its fast and easy to cook but I think I rather spend all day cooking instead of trying these again. Sorry Campbells.

FTR: My reviews may not be all the great and detailed I like getting to the point on either its good or bad. If you don't like it you don't have to read them.
